Swan Lake Caterers and/or Swan Lake Golf Club implement all reasonable measures and protocols necessary to keep our property as safe and comfortable as possible for our guests, visitors, employees, vendors and delivery personnel amid the coronavirus pandemic.

By entering, dining and/or drinking at our restaurant, on property, attending events or play at Swan Lake Caterers and/or Swan Lake Golf Club, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Coronavirus COVID-19. You agree to not hold Swan Lake Caterers LLC and/or Swan Lake Golf Club Corp and all of their affiliates, ownership, management, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for you or any of your vendors, family, friends, associates and guests from being exposed or contracting Coronavirus COVID-19. You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to, but not limited to Coronavirus COVID-19 or any other virus. Swan Lake Caterers LLC and/or Swan Lake Golf Club Corp, are absolved of all liability, negligence and gross negligence for anyone infected with coronavirus COVID-19 during their visit.

By entering you agree to absolve Swan Lake Caterers LLC and/or Swan Lake Golf Club Corp, ownership, management, employees and all affiliates of legal liability for any and all injuries or damage suffered by you or your family members due directly or indirectly to Coronavirus COVID-19.

By entering Swan Lake Caterers and/or Swan Lake Golf Club you agree with this liability statement and hold Swan Lake Caterers LLC, Swan Lake Golf Club Corp, ownership, management, employees and affiliate harmless of any and all Coronavirus COVID-19 claims you may have.
